Your quote enquiry

The quote form prepares a message on your device. It includes your name, phone number, area and project requirements. Choosing Open WhatsApp passes the prepared text to WhatsApp. Starknic receives the enquiry when you send the message in WhatsApp. We use enquiries to discuss your requirements and respond to you.

Automated chat

The website assistant answers common questions using preset information. It is not a live human chat. Chat messages remain in the current browser page and are not stored by this website or sent to an AI service. Reloading the page clears the conversation.

Optional analytics

When Google Analytics is enabled, we ask before loading its analytics script. With your permission, it measures page visits and actions such as quote starts, calls and WhatsApp clicks. We do not intentionally send your name, phone number, quote notes or chat messages to Google Analytics. Google may process technical information such as your browser, device and IP address under its own policies.

You can change your analytics preference through Cookie settings in the homepage footer when analytics is enabled. Your preference is stored in your browser. Declining does not prevent you from using the website.

External services

WhatsApp processes messages according to its own privacy policy. Website fonts are requested from Google Fonts. Hosting providers may process standard request logs to deliver and protect the website. Any configured demonstration video may be delivered by an external media provider.
